Almost dead is a 2D open world survival video game. It’s about your struggle trying to survive the brutal situation where the devil from different dimensions has changed most of mankind into zombies and things that are inhumane.
You will face this apocalypse and make it through a difficult time in any way, or you will be one of the ‘them’. Talking about the method, it’s not always necessary to destroy the zombie head.
